If you would like to support our cause, you can make an Online donation or fill out the Donation Form (PDF) and send it to us by mail or fax.

Your donations allow us to continue our mission. Official receipts will be sent by mail for donations of $10 or more.

   Fill out our Online Secure Form. All the information is encoded, so you can safely enter your credit card number.
   
   
2. By telephone

Different Types of Donations

1. Monthly Donations
   Provide year-round support by selecting the monthly donation programme, with automatic monthly withdrawals from your bank account or credit card.
   
   You may cancel the automatic withdrawals at any time by advising us in writing, or by phone or e-mail.
   
   Simply print the donation form, fill it out, and send it to us with a specimen cheque by mail or fax, or deliver it in person.
   
   
2. One-time Donation
   Your donation helps us to maintain our high level of involvement. Donation form (PDF)
   
   
3. In Memoriam Donations
   Make a donation to honour the memory of a departed loved one, friend or colleague.

   To invite family and friends to make In Memoriam donations following the death of a loved one, the Society suggests that you include the following message in the funeral announcement: “In lieu of flowers, the family invites you to make a donation In Memoriam to the Alzheimer Society of Montréal.”  
   
   
4. In Honour Donations
   Show your pride in the success of a loved one, highlight someone really special, or celebrate someone’s birthday by making a donation in his or her honour.

Gift Planning – A Legacy for the Future

Have you ever thought of planning a gift today to be bestowed at a future date? You can do this through a will or life insurance policy, or in many other ways, while enjoying attractive tax benefits and having the satisfaction of supporting an organization dear to your heart: the Alzheimer Society.

A planned gift is:

A major donation of stocks or other assets, made immediately but taking effect at a future date. It is important to discuss this with a financial planner, lawyer, notary or your accountant.

Planned gifts provide tax advantages based on the type of donation selected:

• Bequests in wills
• Gifts of life insurance
• Gifts of stocks
