16th Annual Hector “Toe” Blake
Golf Tournament
Honouring the Memory of a Great Hockey Legend
Every year since 1994, a dedicated group of people from Montreal's business community generously donate their time and expertise to organise this fundraising event that has cumulated over $1,000,000 for the Alzheimer Society of Montréal.
A Rare Chance to Mingle with NHL Legends
The tournament inherited its name from the legendary NHL player and coach Hector “Toe” Blake, whose battle with Alzheimer's disease ended in 1995, at the age of 82. In honour of this great player and man, many “old-time” hockey players such as Henri Richard, Elmer Lach, Dollard St-Laurent and Dickie Moore attend this coveted tournament and share their exciting stories with its guests.
